These terms describe the current launch scope of AIVO Care's coordination and assistance services.
Service scope
AIVO Care provides non-clinical elder-care coordination and local assistance, including hospital assistance, diagnostics coordination, medication assistance, emergency coordination, and weekly home support.
Not a medical provider
AIVO Care is not a hospital, nursing home, ambulance service, emergency medical service, doctor service, nursing provider, or 24x7 attendant agency.
Medical decisions
AIVO Care employees do not independently diagnose conditions, interpret medical reports, change medicines, alter dosage, or make medical decisions. Qualified healthcare professionals should handle clinical matters.
Emergency limitations
Emergency support means coordination and assistance. AIVO Care cannot guarantee ambulance response times, hospital admission, clinical outcomes, or arrival times.
Third-party charges
Hospital, doctor, laboratory, pharmacy, medicine, transport, ambulance, and other provider charges are billed separately from the AIVO Care membership.
Availability
Services are launching in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula and may depend on team capacity, provider availability, parent consent, and safety considerations.
Family responsibilities
Families are responsible for providing accurate information, authorising contacts, keeping payment details current, and involving qualified clinicians for medical interpretation and decisions.
Changes
AIVO Care may update service scope, membership terms, and pricing as the company develops. Material changes should be communicated through appropriate channels.
