Overview

AIVO Care provides non-clinical elder-care coordination and local assistance across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and retain information when you visit this website, submit an enquiry, speak with us, or use our care coordination services.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, mobile number, email address, current location, preferred contact method, preferred call time, parent name, parent locality, parent city, support needs, additional notes, and contact consent through the enquiry form. During onboarding or service delivery, authorised family members or parents may also share care profiles, emergency contacts, medicines, prescriptions, doctor information, appointments, diagnostic reports, hospital visit details, pharmacy requirements, home-support notes, and service updates.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, request a consultation, speak with our team, send information by phone, WhatsApp, email, or another communication channel, or provide information during onboarding and service coordination. We may also receive information from authorised family members, the parent receiving support, and third-party providers involved in a requested service.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether AIVO Care is a suitable fit, create and maintain care profiles, coordinate requested services, prepare for hospital visits or diagnostics, organise prescriptions and reports, provide authorised family updates, manage emergency contact sequences, improve our processes, prevent misuse, and meet legal, safety, accounting, or operational requirements.

Care and medical information

AIVO Care handles health-related information only for coordination, organisation, communication, and logistical assistance. We do not independently diagnose medical conditions, interpret medical reports, change medicines, alter dosage, or make clinical decisions. Medical interpretation and treatment decisions should come from appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only when reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. This may include authorised family members, the parent receiving support, AIVO Care team members, doctors, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, ambulance or transport providers, technology vendors, payment or accounting support, and professional advisers. We do not sell personal information.

Family authorisation

Because elder-care coordination often involves multiple family members, we may rely on the information and authorisations provided by the person requesting support. Families are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission to share a parent's personal, contact, medical, or household information with AIVO Care and to receive updates about the parent's care coordination.

Security

We aim to use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate for sensitive family and care coordination information. No website, communication channel, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending information that is not needed for enquiry or service coordination.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to enquiries, provide services, maintain care coordination records, resolve issues, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, and improve safety and reliability. If an enquiry does not become an active service relationship, we may retain basic enquiry records for a reasonable period unless deletion is requested and deletion is legally and operationally possible.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, update, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw consent for future contact or processing, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request, especially where the request involves a parent's information or another family member's access.

Cookies and website data

This website may collect basic technical information such as device, browser, pages visited, and submission metadata through hosting, analytics, security, or operational tools. We use this information to keep the website reliable, understand demand, protect against misuse, and improve the experience.

Children

AIVO Care is intended for adults arranging elder-care support. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and handle the information appropriately.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AIVO Care develops, our services change, or legal and operational requirements evolve. The updated date on this page indicates the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated through appropriate channels.
